We have an exciting opportunity for two highly motivated individuals to join our busy and vibrant Admissions Team.
You will play an important role in coordinating and supporting all aspects of the Admissions and student recruitment process, including making decisions on university applications and delivering first class customer service to our applicants. You will also support the conversion of our applicants, delivering service which ensures a seamless transition from applicant to enrolled student.
You will have relevant work experience in a busy customer service environment, and must also demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills. We are seeking candidates who have the ability to use their initiative, prioritise workloads and work effectively without supervision.
We are looking for team members with excellent interpersonal, administrative and IT skills, including experience of multi-user databases and spreadsheets. Previous experience of H.E. Administration, especially within an Admissions setting, would be an advantage but not essential.
